How does my Simple earn returns?

Your Simple portfolio earns returns in three ways;

• Capital Appreciation: The rest of the returns will be reinvested and reflected in the form of higher net value (NAV). The change in NAV is updated every Tuesday to Saturday, and it’ll be reflected in the “Total Returns” value of the portfolio.
• Dividends: Dividends are reflected on the App every month. For months without dividends, the returns will be reflected in the form of capital appreciation.
• Monthly rebate: We receive rebates from the underlying fund manager and return 100% of them back to you. A rebate from the underlying fund manager also makes up 0.29% of the projected return. It will be credited into the Simple portfolio after the end of each month.

The projected return for Simple is 3.6% p.a. and while we do our best to ensure the closest possible match between the projected rate and actual returns, there are two main reasons why they might vary.
